As a family of six (with all children under the age of 10), I’m sure you can imagine how important pictures are in our household.  It’s simply not acceptable to frame only school pictures; we must display pictures of every sporting event (e.g., soccer, baseball, football, karate, basketball, swimming, etc.), and don’t forget those snapshots of every “first” (first birthday, first holidays, first day of school, first tooth lost, first time riding a bike without training wheels, etc.).  The list goes on and on.  Now, imagine having to mount all these pictures, making sure they stay straight and level, and updated on a regular basis.  Like every family, we needed a simple solution to this problem.

In solving the problem, Dad came up with this “manly” solution, accomplished by following three simple rules:

1. Don’t teach the kids to walk.
2. Don’t send the kids to school.
3. Never (I mean…NEVER) buy a camera.

Since Dad was obviously unsuccessful, Mom demanded a more practical solution:

1. Hard mount (don’t hang) the frame.
2. Make it simple to design your own, unique collage.
3. Make it easy to exchange and update your pictures.

By following Mom’s demands, Dad created Quick Exchange Picture Frames.  These unique frames are hard mounted so that they will stay level no matter how many kids you have running through your house.  It’s also easy to design your own collage of pictures because they are front mounted.  Mount them side-by-side, above, or below, without having to measure or guess where the hardware should go (eliminating the “mysterious” holes that appear due to typical hanging techniques).  Last, but certainly not least, get rid of those silly tabs or staples (which often break your fingernails) that are required to hold your pictures in place.

We’ve adopted this “can do” attitude from nine years of service to our country.  Dad is a combat veteran who served in the US Navy from 1985 through 1994.  We have a soft spot for our veterans and their families, which is why we donate 1% of net profits to the VFW Foundation, RETURN the FAVOR.  Proceeds go to help our veterans, active duty personnel, and their families.
